How you make an impact
We are seeking a Junior Java Back-end Developer to join our talented team in developing and maintaining our BSS solutions. As a Java Back-end Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing back-end components of our BSS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. We follow Agile development practices, fostering collaboration, flexibility, and rapid iteration to deliver value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based back-end components of our BSS software platform.
Collaborate with front-end developers, software architects, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement scalable and efficient algorithms, data structures, and design patterns to optimize system performance.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on production systems.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in back-end development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with Java programming language, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Awareness of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and message queueing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
Interest in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
